What We Look For?
5+ years of experience in cross-border investment & financing, international trade, or dispute resolution;
Deep understanding of legal frameworks in China and key international markets (Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia).
Capable of leading due diligence, transaction structuring, and arbitration or litigation processes independently.
Proficient in at least one language: English, French or Spanish.
Additional consideration will be given to any professional experience in cross-cultural legal environments, international education, or overseas practice.
